Ryan Mintz is an Assistant Asset Manager who originally is from Atlanta, Georgia. He relocated to Lexington to attend the University of Kentucky, where he earned a degree in Integrated Strategic Communication. During summers back in Atlanta, he gained hands-on experience at several commercial real-estate firms, where he was actively involved in leasing, tenant representation, and property management. In his free time, Ryan enjoys meeting new people and volunteers regularly to support families in need.
Ryan believes that the foundation of successful asset management lies in clear communication and proactive service, whether it’s helping a tenant understand their lease terms, addressing maintenance concerns, or improving the financial performance of a property. He brings a combination of energy and professional discipline to his role, always striving to exceed expectations and contribute positively to the communities he serves.
