Ron Tritschler joined The Webb Companies in 1987 and serves as a Director, Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel. He provides general corporate and real estate legal advice, personnel management, and oversight of the Company’s leasing, management, and financing activities.
Upon graduation from law school, Ron was employed for 11 years as bank legal counsel for Toledo Trustcorp, a publicly traded bank holding company. His diverse responsibilities included regulatory oversight, trust operations, loan administration, merger and acquisition legal support, as well as serving as Vice President of Sea Gate Community Development Company, a community development subsidiary that he helped organize that was involved with the redevelopment of downtown Toledo and a number of inner-city projects.
Ron serves on a number of corporate boards including as a Director of the Standpoint Multi-Asset (Cayman) Fund, Ltd., ; Director and member of the Audit (Chairman) and Governance Committees of Unified Series Trust Mutual Funds which is a compilation of over 30 publicly-traded mutual funds and ETFs administered by Ultimus Funds Solutions. He is on the Board of Directors of First State Bank of the Southeast (Holding Company and Bank) where he serves as a member of its Audit , Personnel, and Directors’ Loan Committee (“Vice Chairman”) , and as a Director of the Banks’s affiliate Mountain Valley Insurance Company. Recently Ron was selected to serve on the Advisory Board of Level 6 Cybersecurity Company. Former corporate Board positions held by Mr. Tritschler include Peak Income Fund, Traxx Companies, Thoroughbred Energy, Three Papas, (the Papa John’s franchisee for Russia,) and S.P.C. Electronics Corporation, a minority-owned manufacturer of auto wire harnesses for the auto industry.
Ron enjoys working with charitable, professional, and nonprofit organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Coached For Kids (benefitting UK Childrens’ Hospital): the Downtown Lexington Management District Board; and the Advisory Board of the Baldwin Wallace University School of Business; . Previous board positions held by Mr. Tritschler include serving as a Director of the Commerce Lexington Executive and General Boards; Director ( Chairman) of Blue Grass Tomorrow; a Director (Chairman) of the Lexington Convention and Visitors’ Bureau (Finance Committee and Tax Improvement District Exploratory Committee) ; a Director/Trustee and Secretary of Lexington Catholic High School; Board of the Hartland Executive Home Owners’ Association: member of the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church Parish Council; Board Member and Coach for Southeast Lexington Little League; President of Toledo Neighborhood Housing Services; member of Toledo Private Industry Council; member of University of Toledo Community and Technical College Management Technology Advisory Board; and member of the Kentucky and Fayette County Bar Associations. While attending Baldwin Wallace University, he established a Veterans Affairs Office where he provided assistance to veterans who were enrolled at the University.
Ron earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace University; Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law; and MBA from the University of Toledo Graduate School of Business.
