Don and Dudley Webb attend the announcement of the historic preservation of the Victorian Square block – 1985. The joint venture with Elmer Whitaker, W.T. Young and Alex Campbell will reinvent the block into a 227,000 s.f. retail shopping destination (now called “The Square”).
