Robert K. Chaffins
Senior Vice President of Asset Management
Robert K. Chaffins, director and senior vice president of asset management, has been a member of The Webb Companies team for more than two decades. He manages a complex real estate portfolio comprised of shopping centers, suburban office buildings, retail centers and industrial properties. Bob also oversees management of the Corporate Center Owners Association in Lexington, and is in his second year of service on The Webb Companies board of directors.
A Central Kentucky resident of 30 years, Bob is an alumnus of Leadership Madison County, Kentucky and serves on the board of directors of the Blue Mountain Beach Condo Association in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
He holds a bachelors degree in sociology from Marshall University and is an active member of the Marshall Alumni Association. Bob is also an avid supporter of Eastern Kentucky University, and is a member of the Colonel Club, Arlington Association and EKU Alumni Association.
