Ken Michul
Principal Broker and Executive Vice President of Leasing, Brokerage and Operations
Ken Michul, director, principal broker and executive vice president of leasing, brokerage and operations, oversees a portfolio of more than 2 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties leased by The Webb Companies. He represents a variety of clients in site selection and the leasing, purchase and sale of investment-grade commercial real estate. During his career, Ken has successfully negotiated more than 1,300 commercial real estate transactions worth a total value of nearly $360 million dollars.
A Lexington native, Ken began his real estate career with The Webb Companies in 1985 as a property manager, responsible for a large portfolio of suburban office buildings including the Corporate Center Office Park, one of Lexington’s most successful office campus developments. After earning the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, he also became responsible for the leasing of a portfolio of light industrial and flex space properties
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Morehead State University in political science and business administration and is a former board member of the Morehead State University Alumni Association. Ken is also a past board member and president of the Commercial Property Association of Lexington and a member of Commerce Lexington and the Lexington Club.
Ken lives in Lexington with his wife. They have two grown sons and a daughter in college.
