Ken oversees a portfolio of more than 2 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties leased and managed by The Webb Companies. He also represents a variety of clients in site selection and the leasing, purchase, and sale of investment-grade commercial real estate. During his career, Ken has successfully negotiated more than 1,600 commercial real estate transactions valued at over $450 million.
A Lexington native, Ken began his real estate career with The Webb Companies in 1985 as a Property Manager, responsible for a large portfolio of suburban office buildings including the Corporate Center Office Park, one of Lexington’s most successful office campus developments. After earning the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, he also became responsible for leasing a large portfolio of light industrial and flex space properties.
Ken holds a bachelor’s degree from Morehead State University in political science and business administration and is a former board member of the Morehead State University Alumni Association. Ken is also a former president and board member of the Commercial Property Association of Lexington. He currently serves as Chair of OWL – Opportunity for Work and Learning, and is a member of Commerce Lexington and the Lexington Club.
Ken and his wife reside in Lexington and have three grown children.
