Ronald Tritschler

Mr. Tritschler has been associated with The Webb Companies since l987, and currently serves as a Director, Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Counsel. His responsibilities include involvement with personnel management, providing general corporate and real estate legal advice, and coordinating activities associated with the leasing and financing of a broad range of real estate projects. He also serves as General Counsel and Director of Traxx Management Company and Thoroughbred Energy, LLC, which are involved in the management and ownership of thirty-two (32) convenience stores located in Central Kentucky.

In addition to his responsibilities with The Webb Companies and Thoroughbred Energy, Mr. Tritschler is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Unified Series Trust Mutual Funds (a compilation of twenty-seven (27) mutual funds which are associated with an Indianapolis-based affiliate of The Huntington Bank), as well as a member of the Board of Directors of First State Financial, a bank holding company located in Kentucky.

Mr. Tritschler is a member of the Kentucky and Fayette County Bar Associations, Commerce Lexington, Lone Oak Country Club, the Board of Directors of Bluegrass Tomorrow, The Lexington Club and Christ The King Church. He formerly held the position of Director for Three Papas, LLC (the Papa John’s franchisee for Russia), and served as Secretary and a Trustee of Lexington Catholic High School, as well as member of the Parish Council of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church.

Mr. Tritschler received his BA in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College, his Juris Doctorate from The University Of Toledo College Of Law, and his MBA from The University Of Toledo Graduate School Of Business. While attending law school, he served as a member of the Moot Court Board.

He is married to Patricia and has two children.
