Ken Michul is a native of Lexington, Kentucky, where he resides with his wife Robin and daughter Lauren. Ken and Robin also have two adult sons who reside in Lexington. He began his real estate career with The Webb Companies in 1985 as a property manager responsible for a large portfolio of suburban Lexington office buildings, including the Corporate Center Office Park. He soon earned the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and later became The Webb Companies Principal Broker and Executive Vice President. Ken also serves on The Webb Companies Board of Directors. In addition to overseeing the 1.5 million square foot portfolio managed and leased by The Webb Companies, Ken represents a variety of clients in site selection and in the leasing, purchase and sale of investment-grade office, industrial and retail properties. During his career, Ken has successfully negotiated more than 1,200 commercial real estate transactions with a total value of nearly $325 million dollars. Ken is a graduate of Morehead State University, a past board member and a President of The Commercial Property Association of Lexington, a member of Commerce Lexington, the ICSC and The Lexington Club. He and his family attend Immanuel Baptist Church. | |||||||
