Robert K. Chaffins

Robert K. Chaffins has been a resident of Central Kentucky for twenty seven years and has been associated with The Webb Companies since 1990. He is a graduate of Marshall University and an active member of both the Marshall University and Eastern Kentucky University Alumni Associations. At EKU, he is a member of the Colonel Club and the Arlington Association. He is also an alumnus of Leadership Madison County, Kentucky.

Bob and his wife, Teresa, are members of Red House Baptist Church, Richmond, Kentucky, where Bob serves as a Deacon and as a Trustee.

As Senior Vice President-Asset Management, Bob manages a complex portfolio of shopping centers, suburban office buildings and retail centers, as well as a large industrial portfolio. Bob also oversees the management of the Corporate Center Owners Association. Bob is currently serving as President of the Board of Directors of the Blue Mountain Beach Condominium Association, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
