Ken Michul, Executive President of Leasing and Brokerage, oversees a portfolio of more than two million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties leased and managed by The Webb Companies. He also represents a variety of clients in site selection, tenant representation and the leasing, purchase and sale of investment-grade commercial real estate. During his career, Ken has successfully negotiated more than 1,600 commercial real estate transactions valued at nearly $500,000,000.
A Lexington native, Ken began his real estate career with The Webb Companies in 1985 as a property manager, responsible for a large portfolio of suburban office buildings including the Corporate Center Office Park, one of Lexington’s most successful office campus developments. Soon thereafter he earned the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and became responsible for leasing a large portfolio of light industrial and flex space properties, in addition to his property management duties.
Ken holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and business administration from Morehead State University. He is a current Board member and a former Chair of OWL – Opportunity for Work and Learning, a current member and a former President of the Commercial Property Association of Lexington and a current member of Commerce Lexington and the Lexington Club. Ken is also a former board member of the Morehead State University Alumni Association.
Ken and his wife, Robin, reside in Lexington and have three grown children.
