Carter Miller, CPM, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Broker, is responsible for the company’s asset management function for a large portion of the portfolio as well as leasing The Webb Companies industrial, retail, and suburban office properties.
Carter’s background includes various roles for a vast client base including corporate ownerships, institutional firms, individual investors, public agencies, developers, and family trusts. Carter has extensive leadership experience in property management, asset management, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, risk management, property tax, and enhanced life-cycle strategies for major capital expenditures.
Carter holds a Kentucky Broker’s license and is active in the commercial real estate field, serving as the current President of the Kentucky-West Virginia IREM chapter. In 2018, Carter was named to the IREM’s International “30 under 30” list. Carter is designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), and LEED Green Associate.
Carter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University.
